Dear Prof. Na,

亲爱的那教授：

I remember that it is only about two years ago that you had introduced to me your plans on your new Urology clinic, which is now the biggest one in China and especially also the Training centre which I now had the pleasure to visit for the first time together with Danny Ko and He Baijiang. With many places for training and education I have seen so far in the world, I have to confess that this is probably the most professional and well thought concept which I know. Honestly, nothing less could be expected from a legend in Urology in China and its society president.

    我记得大约两年前,你曾向我介绍你的新的泌尿外科医学中心的计划,他现在是目前中国规模最大的医学中心特别是培训中心。我非常荣幸的在第一时间与Danny Ko先生和何百江先生一同参观这所新的医学中心。我不得不承认迄今为止我知道的世界上许多地方的培训和教育中这可能是最专业并且思想观念最好的。老实说,这可能对中国泌尿外科来说是一个奇迹。

It is your totally holistic approach which coins this centre and differentiates it from many other institutions trying to do the same thing. It is remarkable how you have managed to combine professional education with educational elements for adolescents (sexual education) and regular visitors of your centre on sexual medicine, which has been a priority for you throughout a big part of your career. All the showrooms which you have created on selected themes of Urology are a perfect rounding off of the unique centre which you have created.

    这个中心与其他机构尝试做同样的一件事，不同的是，这是一个完全整体化的中心。这个中心卓越在他将专业教育与青少年性教育相结合,定期的组织参观性医学展览,在这个职业领域中有着优先权。所有的陈列室，从创造到主题的选择都是建立在泌尿学科的基础上的完美的独一无二的。

We had then chance to see a part of your 5 OR's out of which two are integrated and you can be rightfully very proud of what you have accomplished. I am sure that this was all acknowledged already adequately during the official opening end of August through the Olympus Management.

    我们有机会看到了除了5间手术室以外的另外两间整体化综合手术室,可以理直气壮地说这是一项骄傲的成就。我相信八月份奥林巴斯管理结束后可以充分使用。

Training and Education in Urology is surely on a very good way in China, and also the Chinese school of Urology has already opened a total of six schools across the country. I have understood that your intention is to make this centre accessible to many other countries in South East Asia and you will meet during the upcoming CUA Meeting in Xian from today on other heads of Urology societies, like Korea and Japan, in order to discuss this issue with them.

    在中国，培训和教育无疑是一个很好的方式来发展泌尿外科，中国泌尿外科学院已经在全国范围内开办了六家这样的学校。我理解到您将在今年在西安召开的CUA年会上让东南亚的其他的国家例如韩国和日本，认识这个中心并且讨论这个中心。

I am currently also in Xian and after your meeting with Prof. Abrahamsson from the EAU I will meet him separately as well, in order to assess together, how we can continue our joint efforts and support for these type of projects.

    我目前正在西安，在您与EAU的Abrahamsson教授会谈后，我将与他单独会面。一起评估为了中心我们如何继续共同支持和努力。

As you suggested we will continue to promote your new centre as much as we can in order to secure that the available capacities can be filled swiftly within the near future. I will also provide to you an overview on currently available training models, which might be suitable to replace some of the existing locally procured models. In any case the big number of Symbionics' virtual reality simulators is an excellent addition to your 12 box trainer working stations, and I agree with you that with a further improving of simulation technology in the future, simulators may take over the training function at a much bigger scale then today.

    如你所说，在不久的将来我们将迅速填补人力物力，确保中心的发展。我也会给你提供介绍现有培训模式,它可能适用于取代部分的现有的局部采集的模式。无论如何，大数量的Symbionics的虚拟现实模拟器对你的12箱的培训工作站很有帮助，我同意你对提高模拟器技术改进的观点，今后更大的范围内可以利用模拟器进行培训。

Prof. Na, we sincerely appreciate that you did take the time to discuss with us in your centre, despite of other visiting groups which you had to entertain and accompany. Dr. Zhang has been a great host and guide and please extend our gratitude to him as well. He is a very committed master of the Training centre and I have no doubt that he will succeed in filling the centre regularly within the next months and let it work at its capacity limits.

    那教授，尽管其他的团体来参观您不得不接待和陪同，不过我们依然衷心感谢您在百忙之中抽出时间来和我们在中心讨论。张博士给我们提供了很好的指导，也请向他表示我们的感激之情。他是培训中心的非常棒的管理者，我相信接下来的几个月的中心工作中他将发挥他最大的能力顺利完成。
